Our primary residence is in Kentucky. We drove down and met Bradley and was shown many houses. We discussed the pros and cons of the properties we were interested in. Bradley was very attentive and knowledgable about the homes. He communicated with me and my husband when we went back to Kentucky. His responses to our texts and emails were very prompt. He helped us get in touch with mortgage lenders and answered our questions throughout the wntire process. We came back to Mississippi and closed on our house. Bradley made sure that issues that were to be fixed was taken care of and even gave us information on utility companies and good restaurants in the area since we were new. He went above our expectations as our agent. I am already telling friends in Kentucky that they need to look him up for help finding a second or winter home.

We fell in love with our condo at first sight and worked very very hard to make it into the cozy retreat & sanctuary it became. From start to finish, I was never in doubt about the status of my search for a perfect home for my mom. Louis area year ago and felt love with the area & thought of investing in to a property over there. Browsed few properties in Zillow and and came across Brad as a local realtor. That's how I got to know him. Oh Boy am I not glad that I found him. More than a Realtor Brad is a genuine person who gives the honest opinion, go an extra mile to get the best to his clients. He saved me from buying properties which were looking appealing but there were something hidden like a high Insurance cost or in bad flood zone etc.. Finally we found a very genuine builder and stated building a custom home and Brad was there with us all the way through, representing me and getting the best for his client.
